Flytipping of tyres on Stevens Hill

Close to the T-junction with Cricket Hill Lane and Stevens Hill but after the stream going under the road. There are at least several black car tyres dumped just behind the wooden fencing into the green area just off Stevens Hill. The 2nd photo shows the spot that they are in.
