Both sides of road have had soil and turf flytipped

Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9020471.

Soil, roots, turf dumped on sides of road. It appears the side compartment of a loader has been opened to allow soil to gradually deposit on the curb and verge. This occurred around two weeks ago, say mid Feb.
