Blowing leaves onto a highway
Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8496727.
Every fortnight the property of 6 Savoy Grove blow all the leaves off their garden and driveaway and blow them onto the road. I believe this is illegal. It is also on a bend which is dangerous for cars, especially as the roads are getting wet and frozen. There is also a drain on the corner which gets covered with leaves. Please do not show or use the photos to provide evidence to the owners as it will make me identifiable given the angle of the photos taken.
