Large overhanging branch in an elderly ladies garden and trees are to tall so close to our houses

I live in the house next to bungalows the trees outside the back of my property are very tall and when we have strong winds I am concerned,there is a bungalow next door but obe with a very large overhanging branch into her garden it is a risk and I would like this looked at.I've been told they have checked before but I can assure you this is a risk.
