Dying tree

Hello. Further to my report earlier in the year, the condition of the dying tree to the rear of 7 Swan Way has deteriorated. The bark of the tree is delaminating and falling from the tree high up. This now is a safety issue for persons walking under the tree as some of the bark is large.
