Fly posting of flags on lamp posts. Not only is this a distraction for drivers, it is part of a campaign by far right extremists, see https://hopenothate.org.uk/ 2025/ 08/ 22/ operation-raise-the-colours-organised-by-well-known-far-right-extremists/
