Ripped bin bags spilling rubbish

This occurs every few weeks. Someone leaves two or three bin bags of rubbish on the small paved area of the verge opposite the shops in Aylesham way. The foxes rip these open and the rubbish is strewn all over the verge. The shopkeepers think this rubbish is dumped there by the people who empty the public bins outside the shops. Please can this be policed and stopped, and please send someone to clear the rubbish there today.

  • The rubbish is no longer there, but I do not know who cleared it away. Please can the council investigate this and take necessary steps to guard against rubbish being deposited here in future. Thank you.
