Abandoned unroadworthy vehicle

Abandoned Mazda T591 KLD. This car had been parked in the same spot without being moved for months. It is unroadworthy due to flat tyres and smashed offside mirror which is hanging down.

    Thank you for reporting an abandoned vehicle. According to our system, the vehicle in question has valid road tax. There are no reports of it being damaged in such a way that it would be considered as a danger to the public, for example broken windows. For these reasons the vehicle does not fall under the category of being abandoned. Therefore, the parking team does not have any powers to carry out any enforcement.
