Apparently dead silver birch Oak Common right of bend alongside New Road, Hartley Wintney

Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8033257.

A large silver birch, trunks covered in ivy, no leaves on branches is leaning towards mains electric cable and could fall in high winds. If it damages the mains cable, power will be cut to all residents including those living in New Road. This tree has been in this condition for a couple of years. Please inspect asap with a view to cutting it down before the winter
