Fly tipping AGAIN

Fly tipping added to the rubbish fly tipped 5 days ago (which I reported and has yet to be cleared.. I imagine the farmers moved it to clear the entrance to the field). This contains rubble, toilets and god knows what. Incredibly infuriating that the council are so incompetent and unable to fit CCTV for such a common spot. The road is closed to access from the other direction.
