I have lived here since October last year and this vehicle has not moved once. There is very limited parking out the front of the maisonettes (max 5 spaces) and this van never moves. As can be seen with the state of the tyres and the face that grass is growing around it…. It’s frustrating as it forces others to park on the grass….. the mot expires on the 29th July which given it’s been abandoned then makes it illegal to be on the road
