The trees and bushes have been pushing this fence over and it is now in need of repair

Thank you for your report. This fence is not on Hart District Council owned or managed land and we are unable to assist in this matter. It would appear the fence is the responsibility of Hampshire County Council and the school / college on site. The matter should be reported to them directly.
