Bin raided by foxes

Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7783314.

Foxes or other animal raid the bin and spread the dog poo bags and ripped black plastic bags across the grass. Can we get it replaced by a bin with a cover? Has happened at least 3 times over last 1.5 months.
