Abandoned vehicle in the car park for at least 2 weeks

Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7615631.

There is a black BMW index P321BUK in the car park which is diagonally opposite Holy Trinity Church. It has been there for at least 2 weeks and the tax and MOT expire in the coming week. It is locked and no signs of why it is abandoned.
