This car has been reported once on 16 April after several stationary weeks and the case closed. The car has now been there an additional three weeks with a flat tire on the driver's side and damaged side mirror with fragments of the mirror in the road. Council should attempt to make contact with owners as not owned by immediate neighbours. Meets your criteria of: - stationary for a significant amount of time - significantly damaged or unroadworthy
