DVLA says car does not have a MOT and is Sorn and should not be parked /dumped on road .

Updates

  • This van has no road tax and is sorn with sand bags/ bricks to stop it rolling and it now appears that a man is living inside it . There is no access to toilets or water where it is parked and it is causing people to crawl through the gap as another car is parked nearly opposite it .
