Flytipping and possible abandoned vehicle

Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7427723.

Large pile of general waste including a large number of full black bin liners. A car is parked alongside the rubbish (a Jimmy Jeep I think) which may have been abandoned as the back is completely open and the vehicle has an 02 registration. This seems to be recent as we often walk past this site.
