A dog owner has allowed their dog to pass faeces on the gravel area next to my house and not picked it up. This becoming a regular problem near my home.

Updates

Dog owners in the Compass Field Road area Hook continue to not collect their dogs faeces left on the public footpath area. Can you please do something to improve this. Another photo attached. Problem is ongoing not fixed.
