Heavy looking black sack in ditch

A heavy looking black sack is in the ditch (filled with water) and there are a few tiles on the grass verge in front of it. This is on the right side as you travel along Chatter Alley from the Barley Mow towards Dogmersfield, approximately 50 yards before the Dogmersfield sign.
