Car has been abandoned in a visitors space in Marrow Meade for over 2 months

Still there. Three months now. It has been somewhat vandalised and the tyres are deflating/deflated. Is there a Hart policy on how long a car is abandoned before something is done?

Still there Hart Council. Six months now. Still in a state of disrepair. No MOT now (which was the excuse last time). Anything Hart on moving this?
