Cars blocking access to road for bin lorry

Cars parked both sides of Shaftesbury Mount are making it impossible for the bin lorry to get in, turn around and maneuver at the end of Shaftesbury Mount. The bin men left leaflets today advising the parked cards that they have made it not possible to empty the bins locally. Ideally double yellow lines should be put in place on at least one side of the road to allow free movement down the road.
