Flytipping - recurring problem.

Once again there has been flytipping in the layby beside the A30. The picture shows a pile of packaging material dumped at the west end of the layby. There is also a similar pile at the east end. A lot of other unsanitary rubbish is continually dumped in the vegetation here. Can the brambles be cleared here to help stop this behaviour? It was cut about a dozen years ago to an appreciable lessening of litter.
