Unmanaged mature trees

The Eucalyptus and Pine tree are growing in the verge outside of our property. My understanding is that this is council land and not within the title plan of The Coppice. Roots of these trees are breaking into the foundation and tarmac of Award Road itself and also cause a hazard to the telephone lines supplying the road.
