Complete road block of wooden panels and waste

Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6659787.

About 300 yards up the unlit single width road from Pankridge street end the entire road is blocked with a huge mound of branches, wooden panels and doors. I was unable to get a photo as it's dark and I was actually afraid it was a deliberate block and I'd be trapped in. Only way out is to reverse all the way back but it's a major hazard.
