Dead deer

Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6657099.

Road kill deer has been pulled onto the verge next to poplar trees. Seen 10:15 hrs this morning. A lot of people excercise dogs loose on this part of the common leading to a risk of an RTA with a dog attracted by the carcass.
