This has been going on for years. Opposite no. 135 Velmead Road, someone had constructed a bridge over the ditch opposite, to allow fly tipping in the woodland. I have witnessed this several years ago. The original ’bridge’ rotted away so someone has recently replaced it with a new ‘bridge’ to allow them to continue to dump their garden waste in the woods.
