Dog waste

There are a lot of dog fouling in are are recently (1 year) and toady it is infront my house and it’s second time. I’m physically disabled and have OCD. I feel extremely mentally and emotionally disgusted and can’t do anything about. There are a lot of special need children and adults live in here who don’t want to deal with this and they don’t have any energy to do so. It’s on Hearsey Gardens 82-86.
