Bed mattress flytipped outside charity shop

Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6530946.

Yet more flytipping outside The Blue Cross charity shop on Fleet Road. This time it is a bed mattress. This is not the charity's fault, they have clear notices explaining they are closed until further notice. This is opportunistic flytipping, as the shop even if was open, could not take a bed mattress in. Are there any operational street cctv cameras which could monitor the area?
