Bins blocking pavement access contstantly
Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6514222.
A number of households are sotring bins on the pavement which significantly narrows the usable amount of pavement (especially next to sign posts for parking restrictions).
This is equally as bad as overgrown bushes, which if reported are demanded to be cut back.
Please ask each household to store their bins on their property - each has space to do so, instead of blocking the pavement for wheelchair users.
