Lorry abandoned no Tax

Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6450268.

A lorry has been abandoned in Gough Road. It has no MOT or tax. The back tyres are now flat. Been parked for 2 weeks.

Not sure if its the same one but it has been there a while, appears to be taxed but not MOTd according to DVLA.
