Overgrown hedge restricting footpath access

Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6391759.

The residents hedge to the front of 9A Gravel Road have overgrown and are restricting footpath access. They now cover at least half what is a narrow path. You cannot walk side by side nor would a wheel chair be able to pass. Even walking a dog one or the other has to walk in the road. Resident needs to cut back hedge to the boundary.
