Drainage Ditch overgrown and needs dredging

Reported via desktop in the Other (non-highways) category anonymously at 22:05, Saturday 3 August 2024

Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6312666.

Reported 8 years ago - nothing happened, now worse! There is a drainage ditch into which surface water is pumped from a number of properties at the end of Newnham Park (RG27 9QL).

The water should flow from the north side of 5 Newnham Park, RG27 9QL, and continue to flow in a northern direction on the west side of Sheldon’s Path. The ditch is heavily overgrown and required dredging. At present it is impeding free flow and this was evident during the rain storm on 1/8/24.

Thanks.
