Speed Signs 'invisible'.

As you drive on the A327 to the J/W Bramshill Road, the speed reduced to 40 mph.

This junction for Bramshill (no right turn) -incidentally and with apologies to Shakespeare and Hamlet "Is honoured in the breach than the observance', is a terrible junction.

If drivers on the A327 are not at least warned to slow down, the risk of an incident at this junction is obviously exacerbated.

The fact that folk continue to turn right into Bramhill (against signage) is beyond what it is possible for you to fix.
