There has been no bin collection for 2 weeks

Sent to Hart District Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 628549.

Our shared bins have not been emptied for 2 weeks now. I have come home from work today and all of the bins are completely full. They should have been emptied today. There is now no further space for any more rubbish.
