Over grown kerb plants

Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6188643.

The kerb plants are so overgrown at a crossing point I drive my disability scooter to the edge of the path but still impossible to check if traffic is coming to make a safe crossing
