Grass growing over paths, hard for elderly and disabled neighbours to navigate. Trip hazards everywhere! Grass is never cut properly.

This has been left to grow back for years. It's really dangerous for everyone especially our many elderly neighbours. We have a neighbour with a mobility scooter who struggles as the paths are covered in weeds and overgrown grass. I'm neither elderly or disabled and I tripped walking the dog last night!!! I'm fine but it must be sorted please!
