Waste bin has not been emptied for months

The waste bin positioned just off Naishes lane (before you turn down the lane to Mens shreds and the allotments)inside the SAAG area (where the pipeline contractors)have at last finished putting the new paths and gates in. The bin is just inside on the new path once you go through the small gate. It has a full size field gate to the side of it. Please ensure this is emptied regularly like the other bins near by. It has been left for months and is over flowing now.
