Silver car and red truck and an additional large white van obstructing road junction and pavement.

Silver car and red truck and an additional large white van are regularly park half in road and half on the grass/pavement on the junction between Chiltern Close & Ryelaw road. When exiting Chiltern close to turn right is is not possible to see if there is any oncoming traffic which makes it considerably dangerous for anyone doing maneuver. My son is a newly qualified driver and is very difficult and dangerous for him, its not `IFF` its `WHEN` a nasty accident is going to happen. On another note the Red vehicle is on the road illegally as the wheels/tyres extend beyond the body of the vehicle, police should impound the vehicle, does not pass the MOT regulations. Tyres should not protrude the wheel arch. Thank you.
