Black bags dumped on grass outside Church Crookham Allotments and Church Crookham and Fleet Men's Shed allotments

On the Church Crookham Allotments Facebook page a member has mentioned about leaving some bags of bird manure for use by Allotments holders. A CCFMens Shed member was going to use some for tge raised beds and on opening 1 bag, there are several, he reported that it contain what smelt like and looked like human excrement. The poster has been messaged and suggested that he remove but has not done so and although told it would be reported as fly tipping has messaged back and said report it as such.
