Bins all over the pavement

Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5965490.

Around 12 houses in a row have both their black bins, blue bins and glass boxes on the street 7 days a week blocking the pavement for wheelchair users. All of these properties have front gardens which they could be stored in, yet decide to block the pavement for users every day.
