Selbon and Labram Holmes - Illegal Placement of For Sale Signs

Selbon and Labram Holmes are breaking the law by placing for sale signs outside of the boundary of the property they are selling. As you can see in the picture they have placed signs at the end of the road not within the boundaries of the properties.

The law states the estate agent boards should only be displayed inside the boundaries of the property and should not be displayed anywhere else such as the road. Displaying them anywhere outside of the property is illegal.

The Council needs to crack down on this as they are appearing everywhere where they should not be placed. This is Flyposting and can and should be prosecuted.
