Estate Agent Flyposting on public land again!
Reported via Android in the Flyposting category anonymously at 20:30, Tue 9 April 2024
Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5831457.
An Estate Agent has errected a for sale sign on public land adjacent to the road. This is contrary to the Town and Country (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007 and must be removed immediately. This estate agent flyposted in the same spot earlier this month and the sign was removed after being reported on fixmystreet within the last week.

Who would have thought it would be Bridges again? It's time they realised this sort of illegal advertising has an adverse effect. I certainly won't use them in the future.

Sadly this Estate Agent sign still blights the highway verge.

Still open, via questionnaire -
It's taken almost 2 months for this sign to disappear. It will be interesting to see how long the Estate Agent can resist the urge to fly post again in the same spot.
