Hedging obscures view of traffic on a dropped curb crossing

Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5709300.

There is a dropped curb crossing right next to a large hedge. To see past it one must lean into the road. When pushing a wheelchair or buggy it becomes impossible to see traffic and highly dangerous.

    The hedge is 6ft high and grows to the road edge. You have to risk injury but leaning out into the road.if you are pushing a buggy or wheelchair the only option is to go backwards.

    The curb is specifically dropped for pedestrians and has knobbled for those with sight issues.
