An Estate Agent has flyposted two signs on fencing protecting a drainage ditch on the highway verge and not on a specific property. I believe this is in breach of the Town and County Planning (Control of Advertisements)(England) Regulations 2007. They are located on A30 London Road and Papermill Avenue junction and have been there for several weeks. They are detrimental to the street scene.
