Cannot walk on the path to my house

They live 1 doors down and park in our road. I know they have allocated parking for themselves

  • Parking around Elvetham is a huge problem, it’s an anti social issue and causes a lot of distress and trouble, this parking has left bins unemptied as the lorry can’t get through, thank god no one has has to need an ambulance or fire engine
