This car is partially obstructing the pavement and has been not been moved for 7 days.

Car was pushed into position Friday 15th September presumably after it had broken down

Vehicle is still abandoned and particularly blocking the pavement. The vehicle has now starting to get damaged/keyed.

This needs to be moved before further damage occurs.
