Footpath becoming overgrown

The footpath on Griffin Way South from the BMW garage to Bartley Way is becoming overgrown. It has not been cleared for some time. When it rains it becomes a stream as there is no run off to the sides. This is used by people exercising and also office workers going from the station to the business park.
