Appeared overnight 4/5 Sep. Spilling onto road. This does not appear to be an official layby, but is just a rough patch of ground on the roadside. It attracts a lot of fly tipping and waste. Longer term action needs to be taken to replace the verge or block off the layby to prevent fly tipping and waste being dropped.
