Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4927586.

A white van which has not MOT has been abandoned in Dilly Lane. It was reported back in May but nothing has happened. It is in a completely broken state so can't even be driven away. Many people are fed up with it being there - it causes a danger at the junction, prevents the road from being swept and is literally falling to pieces.It is also parked facing the wrong wat so when it's dark it's illegally parked. Why has nothing been done about this vehicle?
