Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4887174.

Today with have had another pad of rubble household waste dumped on the premises behind the flats. The company that is named on the load loader is R+J roofing property maintenance surely these people do not have a licence to dump household materials where they want to. I know there will be no response because you now do not respond or seem to look into this. We as residents are fed up of this. These people have no respect for those that live here. These people do not even live close to where they are dumping there materials. They have broken the wooden stumps to be able to get up on the grass so they don’t have far to walk the rubbish.
